  • This site explains our services. It isn't a contract to provide them. Any work we do is under a separate written agreement.
  • The question box uses AI. Its answers can be wrong, and they aren't promises.
  • Use the site normally. Don't attack it, overload it or misuse it.
  • The site is provided as is, and our responsibility for it is limited.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to your use of workingknowledgegroup.com, which is run by Working Knowledge Group ("we", "us"), a Corner Marketing company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

What this site is

This site describes our services and prices so you can decide whether to talk with us. It's general information, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for your situation.

  • Prices, services and timelines on the site can change. The price that applies to you is the one in your written agreement or quote.
  • Sending a form doesn't create an agreement for either of us. We may decline any inquiry.
  • When we work with you, your signed agreement controls. If it conflicts with anything on this site, the agreement wins.
  • Examples on the site, such as Example Co. and the people shown with it, are made up to show how things work. They aren't real clients or results.

The question box

The question box on our FAQ page answers from our own company files using Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic.

  • AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. They aren't offers, quotes, guarantees or advice. Confirm anything important with us directly.
  • Don't type personal, confidential or sensitive information into it.
  • The box has limits on how many questions each visitor can ask, and it may be turned off at any time.
  • Don't try to make it ignore its instructions, reveal how it works, or produce content unrelated to our business.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about us and contact us. You agree not to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights while using it,
  • try to get into systems or data you aren't allowed to access,
  • overload or disrupt the site, or send automated requests to the forms or the question box,
  • copy or scrape the site in bulk, or
  • send spam, malicious code or false information through the forms.

We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.

Referral partners

Applying to the partner program doesn't make you a partner or entitle you to any payment. Commissions are paid only under a signed written partner agreement, and that agreement sets the terms. Partners are independent and can't make commitments on our behalf.

Our content and brand

The text, design, logo, graphics and code on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy, sell or reuse them, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Other companies' names, like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot, belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our work connects to. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Links to other sites

If we link to another website, we don't control it and aren't responsible for its content or how it handles your information.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, express or implied, including warranties that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We aren't responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses from using the site or the question box, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if we were told they were possible.
  • Our total responsibility for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. These limits cover use of this website only. Services we provide are covered by your written agreement.

If your misuse causes a claim

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from it, including legal fees.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Working Knowledge Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of that state. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
