Who we are

Working Knowledge Group ("we", "us") runs workingknowledgegroup.com. We are a Corner Marketing company. You can reach us at [email protected].

This policy covers this website. If you become a client, how we handle your company's information is covered by your written agreement with us.

What we collect

What you give us

• Booking form: your name, company, email, and anything else you choose to fill in, such as phone, industry, company size and notes.
• Partner form: your name, company, email, phone, what you do and any notes.
• Question box: the questions you type.
• Email: anything you send us.

What we collect automatically

• Your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. Our hosting provider records this for security and to keep the site running, as nearly every website does.
• For the question box, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, kept for up to about a day, so we can limit how many questions one visitor asks. We can't turn it back into your IP address.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

How we use it

• To reply to you, set up calls and talk with you about our services.
• To run the referral partner program.
• To answer questions in the question box.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

If you contact us, we may email you about your inquiry. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking.

The question box

The question box on our FAQ page uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. When you ask a question, the text of your question is sent to Anthropic to generate the answer, under Anthropic's commercial terms. We don't save the text of your questions on our side.

Please don't type personal, confidential or sensitive information into the question box.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting and form storage), Anthropic (question box answers), Google (the site's fonts load from Google's servers, which see your IP address), our email provider, and the customer relationship and scheduling tools we use to follow up. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• Corner Marketing, our affiliated company, which may help us respond to you.
• Authorities or others, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged. This policy would continue to apply to your information.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we're talking with you or working together, and then as long as reasonably needed for our records, taxes or legal reasons. Question box rate-limit records expire within about a day. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to:

• see what information we have about you,
• correct it,
• have it deleted, or
• stop hearing from us.

We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's you first. We honor these requests wherever you live, and some state laws give you these rights too. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and access controls on our accounts. No website or service is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee that information sent over the internet is safe from every risk.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If the change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
